Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions For the purposes of this Policy:

    You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

    We (referred to as either, “The Company” “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Dropshipbrand, located at 1208 Maebar Road, Carnarvon, Ontario K0M 2K0, Canada.

    Service refers to the Website.

    Website refers to the site accessible from https://dropshipbrand.com.

    Service refers to the Shopify design and development and marketing services that the company provides.

    Orders mean a request by You to purchase service from Us.

 

In-short Shopify store development projects require extensive resources, consume our time and incur a lot of internal expenses. Therefore once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our services, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.

GENERAL RULE

All our sales are final, and no refunds will be given. As all our products are digital products, it is impossible for you to return a product to us for a refund.

If you find a bug in our store, you can write to us at jon@dropshipbrand.com, and we will fix it. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.

For Shopify Store: When you purchase our dropship website service, you hire a team of people to do labour to create and develop a dropship store. We do not offer refunds for the creation of dropship websites, as the labour is performed and cannot be returned. By purchasing a site from us, you acknowledge and agree to this. Dropshipbrand is not responsible for the success of your business, and we are not a marketing agency. We are not selling a course or a program. We are selling dropship websites. We are responsible for building an automated dropship website in whatever niche you like. The standard operating procedures we put in place for our partner marketing agencies are a suggestion of what may lead to a positive ROI campaign and could be considered better than doing nothing at all, but this is your business. You are responsible for its success.

For marketing services: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES

  1. You just change your mind
  2. You choose not to use our services
  3. You don’t have time to implement things
  4. You’ve found a different solution

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7 working days after intimation by the customer.

 

CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY
